Community Agreement

We look forward to having you with us August 10-11 for Beyond Integrity in (X) 2021!

By attending and speaking at the conference, you agree to abide by the Community Agreement.

Why:

The intention behind the Beyond Integrity in (X) Virtual Conference is to create a space where we can practice bringing our full selves, no invisible masks, for at least a few hours

To that end, below is a community agreement grounded in the acronym "BRAVING: the Anatomy of Trust" by Brene Brown. Add a post-it to the board about what each part of the anatomy means to you.

With the acronym BRAVING, we learn to build trust with ourselves and within our community - an act of reciprocal trust.
